How can I place an order?
To place an order at www.onajewels.com, you just have to follow the following steps:
1. Browse the web and choose a product. Enter the product and check the details, composition, technical characteristics, available sizes, reference, price, etc.
2. Select a product and add it to the cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
3. If you confirm the order, you must enter your personal information, delivery address and billing address.
4. Select a payment method: Credit Card or PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have been issued cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel your order, send us an email to: info@onajewels.com notifying the cancellation of your order and the reason for cancellation, and we will do everything we can to help you.
